Our "Property Listings" application provides your home owners with a reliable way of
advertising their units for sale or rent, while maintaining your
guidelines as an Association.
Our program provides an acceptable and viable alternative for
advertising their units. It is time for the Associations to stop being
viewed as an adverse organization when it comes to promoting or
assisting an active resale or rental market in their community.
Our "Listing's Only" Plan provides the
following:
- A link to embed in your site for any "For Sale" or For Rent" listings
in your sub-division or community;
- A landing page on our server that is branded with your logo, and the
"look and feel" of you association website;
- A "Listings Manager" that has a user friendly interface to assist
your owners to post their unit for rent or sale;
The "Listings Manager" database is
integrated with, and becomes part of a huge network of different
websites used for vacation rentals, condo rentals, or real estate sales
that will pull the information from the database for availability by
location, price, facilities, or even by the name of the sub-division
name!
This is the greatest thing you can do as an association to assist your
constituent owners to market their property!

Web Hosting for those who need the complete package
Our complete "Association Plan" provides a complete
website for the Association, which includes:
- A customized home page with the association or community logo
- Photograph of the building or some recognizable feature of the
community
- All the details of the community, and navigable links to:
- Our "Listings Manager" application as
described in the 1st column;
- A password-protected access to the Community Bulletin Board for
Homeowners or Condo-owners postings
- A password-protected access to the Association Bulletin Board with
meeting notices, voting results, and downloadable forms for voting and
nominations.
- The "Our Listings" page would display all the units or homes for sale
or rent in the community, and the display/search criteria could be
refined by price, location, size, or any other selections.

Document Library – Easily categorize, display and store all types of documents. Documents can be available to the public or only for homeowner viewing based on security settings.

Event Calendar – Display your association’s events by day, week, and month. Individual events can be categorized so that homeowners can define what they wish to see. An event notice can be emailed to all homeowners or specific groups of homeowners. Multiple calendars can be maintained (for example a public calendar vs. a board calendar).

Association News – Post your association’s news and articles of interest to homeowners. All news and articles can be categorized for easy viewing. Older postings are archived and can be easily maintained by setting up “stop date” notices.

Homeowner Directory – Help your association families connect through a searchable homeowner directory. Information can be displayed by name or other category, as determined by the association.

Classified Ads – Homeowners can post “classified ads” of items or services they wish to sell or are seeking. Ads can be categorized for easy viewing and can be either secured for viewing only by association members or open for viewing to the public.
